To get your terminal to prompt for a customer receipt

To get your terminal to prompt for a customer receipt please follow the below.

Sign in to a Till.
Click Program Mode.
Click Program.
Select Global flags
Click on Flags 1 tab
Within the Print Flag 4 section, select Prompt for Receipt.
Also make sure that the Compulsory Receipt is disabled within each media. To do this please follow the below.
Sign in to a Till.
Click Program Mode
Click Program
Find Medias
Select a the media
Click on the Flags 1 tab and tick Disable compulsory receipt
For this to work the Receipt Printer should be set to off on Panel
